Returns & Refunds

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

 

Change of mind

You can return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Contact us at dperchem@gmail.com first - we'll confirm the return and provide instructions. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty.

 

Cleaning chemicals

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of any chemical product once the seal has been opened or broken, regardless of how much has been used. Please check products on delivery before opening.

 

Faulty or damaged items

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and provide a full refund, replacement, or repair, your choice.

 

Services

If you're not satisfied with a cleaning service we've performed, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no extra cost. Refunds for services are assessed case by case.

 

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to a refund, repair, or replacement for goods that are faulty, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from their description.
